My husband and I are retired Army and civil service veterans with a combined total service of 77 years and wanted to show our devotion to our country. We strongly believe in what the symbols of our nation represent and honor those that gave their all to protect it. This quilt will be given to a deserving veteran when returned.
The quilt was designed by me to try to keep the flying flag dimensions accurate. The applique eagle is by Cheryl Phillips
