Flower Power Reboot
Best of Show - Adult
Flower Power Reboot is a quilt I designed to showcase ruler work and free motion quilting. I love purple and bright colors and wanted to incorporate brightly colored fabric into the design while still showcasing the quilting. I used reverse applique to reveal my print fabric and focused on the solid fabric for the actual quilting. When finished the quilt still needed something. I love working with beads and this was a natural selection to enhance the design in this quilt.
